Even though we've lived in the area for years we had never tried this place and wow! The food was incredibly delicious! It wasn't dry or over cooked at all. Had great flavor and didn't have an overpowered smoke flavor at all! The BBQ sauce had fantastic flavor too! It could have had a little more smoke and some spice to it, but that wasn't enough to knock it at all! Our waitress was on it! She was top notch!!

Pleasantly surprised, we had very good service, and amazing food. I will say their tamales were the star for me, amazing twist on BBQ/Mexican. Highly recommend! Pork rinds were best I've had!

This place was so good! I've been struggling to find a great restaurant in and around Springfield. Gettin' Basted did not disappoint. My husband and I shared some bone in wings which were cooked to perfection. Hubby had the burnt ends burger. The burger alone was perfect and the burnt ends took it over the top. I had the Asian salad (not sure the name of it) with pulled chicken. Chicken was moist and tender and just done so right! I loved it. We will go back and try more food here. 10 outta 10!

Recently ordered in advance via the catering department for a workplace lunch (25 ppl.) We opted for the taco bar which came with two sides. Excellent service, from start to finish and totally affordable, too. We carried out to save . Pick up/ unpack/set up was super easy. Our staff loved everything and were thrilled that we had leftovers at the office for two days! Highly recommend!

I had the “Moink” burger and I have to say, as an avid self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, it was easily the best burger I’ve EVER had in my life. I was truly astounded. Keep in mind I used to run The Great American Burger Quest back in the day (a blog where we rated burgers around the country). Anyway... I’m SO glad I found this place today. It wasn’t just the burger. Literally everything I ate was simply incredible. It was to die for and I will be back often.

We showed up with a party of 9 and were seated immediately for lunch. Our waiter got drinks and 2 appetizers in and was out with them almost immediately. Our food followed shortly after. We had a great experience with the food, service, and atmosphere. We loved the nachos and my very favorite every time is the pork tacos. Everyone else loved their sandwiches. I can't wait to go back!

The service was great and efficient starting with the hostess. She was on it. Our waiter was superb. I think we had the piggy punch and it was really tasty. I had the wagyu, outstanding. It was so tender no knife was needed. The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had. Burnt ends were delicious. The barbecue sauce was awesome. I don’t have enough positive adjectives to describe the meal and service. Oink oink!

Great place, the esthetic was fun and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, the first stall was a bit small. So if your a bigger person don't try to fit. The service was 10/10 amazing. The food was good, the burnt ends were delicious as was the Mac and cheese. The coleslaw was more like sauerkraut, but not bad. Expect to pay around 30-40 a person.
